As thousands gather on the shores of Lake Rotorua this Matariki for the Aronui Matariki Drone Show, two of Polynesia’s most respected Dj’s are set to usher in the Māori new year with reflective sounds in a boutique live music experience.

Taking place as part of the Aronui Matariki Drone Festival on Saturday July 11 at the Terrace Kitchen, Vol. 9 offers an alternative to the high-energy dancefloor experience often associated with electronic music.
